There seems to be a large number of people on here who have not received their orders, myself included. I ordered an APC Game Manager on Sept 2nd, and it's been 6 weeks, with no item. I have used the contact funciton, but have not received any sort of reply. I guess I should have known better, and spent the extra $2 to order from Amazon. At least they ship items within a timely manner. They also provide tracking information. If this site offered at least some indication on the status of my order, I'd be a little bit less upset, even if it said "Back-ordered" or something. I don't care. I get the feeling this site is run by one person sitting in their underwear in their living room with a bunch of boxes of crap to be mailed. I hate to sound mean, but if this is the case, maybe online merchandiser is not the job for you.
And please, respond to your emails. It's part of running a business. At least you don't have to talk to us on the phone.
