Is there any way to get further info on an order?  I ordered something last week (first time from here) and my CC was immediately charged.  I can see it under my order history but all that says is what you ordered and when.

 

I have not recieved anything to indicate that it shipped (we're at 6 or 7 business days since the order) and am becoming concerned that even though I was charged, my order has fallen off the face of the planet.

Don't panic...these deal-a-day sites are very slow when it comes to shipping. I've ordered from Buyers HQ twice (mystery stocking FTW) and it took a couple of loooong weeks for my stuff to arrive, but it got here. I think they order the stuff from some warehouse and THEN ship it to you. When it actually gets mailed to you, you'll get a confirmation number. At least, that's been my experience.

Thanks. I've ordered from a couple but in most cases I can think of, they don't charge until the item is actually on its way. In this instance, the charge was the same day yet I still haven't received any info whatsoever.

Ditto with lack of shipping info. I purchased the Baby Monitor back on 3/17 and I haven't received squat since my confirmation purchase e-mail. I even called the number that showed up in my bank's online statement. Left a message. No dice.

Getting a bit antsy here....

I ordered an inverter on March 3 that was charged to my account on the 4th but I hav yet to hear anything.  I must say that's worse service than I've encountered on any other DAD site (and I've used a lot.)

BTW...

Here we are 19 days after my purchase and NO tracking info, NO reply/communication from BuyersHQ, NO nothing!

If its going to take 30 days to ship my purchase, fine. At least have the courtesy to tell me about a shipping delay and not leave me sitting here waiting by my mailbox like a jilter lover.

This will be my first and last purchase from BuyersHQ. Nice doing business with you guys!
