I ordered a digital picture frame on November 28, 2009.  On December 18, I received a Game Zone 4.1???  Complained on the feedback and a Sheila emailed me and said that I could keep the Game Zone and they would overnite the digital picture frame.  Ok I was happy with that.  If they did that I would still have it in time for Christmas.  Well didn't happen.  Now it is December 28th and still no package.  I feel like I have been really ripped off.  I have sent Sheila another email and haven't heard anything back.  My husband keeps saying that I will never get the picture frame. So is he right or wrong?  That is the million dollar question....

So they let you keep the speakers? Thats cool. Sux you didn't get your original order on time. At least you got something extra!

Billie, we did overnight your package before Christmas.  Please accept our apologies that it did not arrive on time.  Thanks for letting us know you didn't receive it-- we're checking on the problem right now.  You can rest assured that you WILL receive that pesky picture frame!

I got burned last year under a similar situation. Just goes to show you can't trust delivery companies during the holidays.

Having experiece about it. Services are safe and secure but have to face delay problem on some special occasions.

Customers can not have the benefit of saving time.
