I ordered a Belkin PureAV AV48001 Indoor HDTV Antenna on 7-16-10, and my credit card was charged that same day.

However, I have not received the item.

I have used your contact form twice and there seems to be no answer.

Can you please tell me when I can expect my order?

You've had my money for some time, now.

Can I please have my purchased item?

Please advise.

NO ANSWER! 

 

NO ITEM  and NO ANSWER!

 

charge dmy credit card SAME DAY as ordered, but NEVER got item, not  a response.
