Ordered on April 3rd and to date nothing other than the charge to my account. An email to BuyersHQ has gone unanswered. Since the order, I have made other purchases on line from other merchants and have recieved the goods in 7-10 days. 24 days since ordering with no shipping info, status info or if there are any problems relating to the order. So BuyersHQ--Where is it?

Today is May 11th and Where is it?

On May 3rd I got an email from Shelia of BuyersHQ--see below:

Edmund,

I have been out of town and am trying to play a bit of catch up and I have located an actual hard copy indicating we have received the product you ordered.  Due to the high volume of this particular item, it has taken a bit longer than normal to get them all shipped out. I am just waiting on a confirmation number to be added into the system so I can send it to you.  We have had some, not a lot, of issues with this vender in getting our orders received in a timely manner for us to process to our customers in a reasonable amount of time.  I realize this isn’t of much help but I did want to touch base today. 

Please accept my apologies and I will contact you tomorrow.

Shelia never contacted me again so as I said before--Where is it?  The only thing fast about this company is the charging to your credit card.

If you buy from this company, just realize you may never get the product or the customer service a true business offers.  This business is a TRUE RIP OFF. Never recieved the product, a reply of the above email, or a returned call.

same situation with me. i ordered on march 8th and still have nothing but a charge to my card. no response after multiple emails sent. we were both ripped off my friend. i made a complaint to the BBB and still waiting for a resolution

I FINALLY got the baby monitor I ordered back on 3/17. It arrived on 4/16, just shy of a month!

While I was trading emails back and forth with Sheila from BuyersHQ, a few things are painfully obvious:

1. They do not stock any product in their warehouse. All items are shipped from another vendor and are sent to you once the item has arrived at their location.

2. Customer service is awful. Either they need to staff more people in Cust Serv or send out an alert to let customers know that there is a delay.

3. Communication is also terrible. Sheila advised me that there was a $5 off promo card that was to be shipped out along with my item to make up for the delay. Alas, no coupon arrived...

What's the old saying about Fool me once? 

Sorry BuyersHQ, I'm sticking with Woot!

Ordered mine April 20,2010...still waiting.  What became of customer

service in America?  Surely there is a company in America left that strives to please

his client & keep his business.

Avoid this place like the plague. They have no real customer service, never return email or PM's. Have been waiting on a two MP Man Moovy Max 2GB MP3 / Video Player ordered on 5/7 and still nothing. Not an email, not a status, not a response to any emails, and no response to PM's left for Sheila. STAY AWAY, BUY FROM ANY OTHER DEAL OF THE DAY BUT BUYERS HQ, this place really vaccums.

I have been robbed, I bought an product and it was not sent , This is my 4 th attempt to contact someone , I was contacted 1 time by tom in a email and was told he would take care of it , still no word and no one will answer me back , this is theft ,I will contact paypal and wed addmi. to fix this if i am not contacted back, its been 6 weeks

So far it is a wait and see, but the more people that file complaints, the more likely they will do something.

I too ordered something and never received it!  They took my money but did not ship my shredder!  I had to go to my bank and file a dispute.  After several emails the "owner" emailed me back saying he was "horrified" that I never received my shredder!!  Yeah right.  I saw where someone else was filing with the BBB.  I had tried doing that earlier but I didn't have all the contact info such as address etc.  but I will find it.  This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!

I guess I should have Googled to check this company out myself before I bought.  Just never had problems before with companies on Wootalyzer.  I placed three orders at the end of May and begining of June.  Never received anything including no response to my emails.  I found the company phone number today, 281-494-0006, and called and left a message (no they don't answer the phone either).  The owner, Tom McMahon's email address is supposed to be tom@buyershq.com and the company address is 12603 Southwest Freeway #515, Stafford, TX 77477.  Hope you have better luck than I had.  If I don't hear back in the next day or two I'll have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company.  Bummer.

I have the same issue. Ordered Flashlights on 6/29. No product and no response to my emails. I will give them one more day and then contest the charge with PayPal.

I ordered some stuff from this site a couple months ago.  I clicked the Buy button once and received an error saying the order didn't go through.  I clicked it again and was told it went through.  My purchase history then ended up with 2 purchases, meaning the initial error message was incorrect and the purchase did go through.  Zero response from customer support, 2 charges on my credit card, and zero shipments sent ever since the order.

I charged back with my credit card company and I got my money back super fast.  Never buying from BuyersHQ again.
