Ordered on April 3rd and to date nothing other than the charge to my account. An email to BuyersHQ has gone unanswered. Since the order, I have made other purchases on line from other merchants and have recieved the goods in 7-10 days. 24 days since ordering with no shipping info, status info or if there are any problems relating to the order. So BuyersHQ--Where is it?

On May 3rd I got an email from Shelia of BuyersHQ--see below:

I have been out of town and am trying to play a bit of catch up and I have located an actual hard copy indicating we have received the product you ordered. Due to the high volume of this particular item, it has taken a bit longer than normal to get them all shipped out. I am just waiting on a confirmation number to be added into the system so I can send it to you. We have had some, not a lot, of issues with this vender in getting our orders received in a timely manner for us to process to our customers in a reasonable amount of time. I realize this isn’t of much help but I did want to touch base today.
Please accept my apologies and I will contact you tomorrow.

The only thing fast about this company is the charging to your credit card.
If you buy from this company, just realize you may never get the product or the customer service a true business offers. This business is a TRUE RIP OFF. Never recieved the product, a reply of the above email, or a returned call.
