I have been robbed, I bought an product and it was not sent , This is my 4 th attempt to contact someone , I was contacted 1 time by tom in a email and was told he would take care of it , still no word and no one will answer me back , this is theft ,I will contact paypal and wed addmi. to fix this if i am not contacted back, its been six weeks , wow

I was contacted by "Tom" once too and never heard anything back!  I was told he had been out of town and he was horrified that that happened to me and that he would send me two $5 gift cert. only I never go those either!  Never heard back after several email attempts.  The only good news is that you can file a dispute at your bank and get your money back.  I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.

Agreed. At least respond to eamils of no receipt of product. What kind of customer service does this company believe. Screw the buyer? I purchase Flashlights on 6/29. Still no Flashlights and no response to 2 eamils. One more day and I will contest the charge with PayPal.

I have been robbed to, I to bought 2 wireless rechargeable mice that I have never revieved. That was back on July 13 now it is august 7. I checked to see if my address was correct and it is so I better get my money back or the product because I can go through my bank and dispute the charege. This is completely low ......................

HOLY CRAP! I HAVE THIS TIME FRAME BEAT!

Tom McMahon at buyershq.com refuses to respond to my emails. I have been waiting for a product since April 30th!

I have only received 1 response from Tom over a month later and he promised to have this resolved immediately but it is now August 16th and I still did not recieve my product. The worse part is that this was a present for my sons 6th birthday and due to the lack of integrity of this company my son had to go without! I have seo refundnt him 3 additional emails but have yet to have any additional responses. It does not matter what this circumstance, this is unacceptable! I am at my wits end with this company and I know it is not a large amount of money however I am now less $30+ dollars. Why have a deal of the day when you don't send the product? GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS TOM! I want to file a complaint with the BBB and help others avoid this pitfall of buyershq.com!!! No product + no refund = petty theft PURE AND SIMPLE!!!

Does this email look familiar?  Sounds like I am not the only 1 to get this.

I too have the same problem.  Didn't get my product.  on 6/21/2010 i got an e-mail saying:

Dear Mr. Grove,

Haven't received anything.  Contacted tham 3 or 4 times.  No response at all.

Complained at Paypal.  They said too bad, so sad, your dad.

I, too, have been waiting for my item. I bought the 1.3MP USB WebCam on May 19th and have received nothing. I'm a poor college student, I need that $15 :(

I sure wish Wootalyzer had removed this site from their wonderful program sooner. Just before it was removed, I ordered an APC Game Manager on Sept 2nd. It's been two weeks, and no item. Also, no responses from email. I guess I'll just keep holding my breath.
