I ordered the deal of the day on January 21st and received an order confirmation at the time of the order.   But I have not received any further update on my item?  How long does it normally take to ship?   Will I get a notice when the item leaves the warehouse?

I ordered the same day, have not received the product. I've sent a few e-mails requesting the shipping date and tracking number and have basically gotten nowhere. All of my e-mails are answered by "Sheila" who keeps telling me she can provide more information "tomorrow". She has promised communication today but I have about given up on ever seeing anything at all from this company.

   I too have had this experience.  About 30 days ago I ordered an Airlink 101 300Mbps N Series Wireless Adapter and after checking on its status several weeks later, I heard from "Sheila" who said they were very popular and were on back order or some such thing.  Still haven't received anything.   The laptop I was going to put this adapter on is owned by an intern who has been staying with us.  We were trying to help him tie into our wireless router in our home.  He leaves next week, so not much need anymore.  Kind of a bummer...
