Every man remembers the first tool set he ever got. For some of us, it was a plastic set of Playskool hammers and pliers; for others, it was a big steel chest of sharp and dangerous toys from Craftsman. I remember all too clearly being rushed to the emergency room as a kid after whacking a hunk of pine into my eyeball while playing with a hand drill my grandmother thought would make a great gift when I was five years old. I didn’t receive any more tools for a few years after that.
If you purchase today’s daily deal to give to someone, even if it isn’t their first ratchet set, it’ll probably be their last. This thing has 40 pieces, enough to handle every screwdriving and ratcheting job you’re likely to ever encounter. Thanks to the flamejob of the handles, you can lend the set to your buddy without him being able to later claim it’s his. Flaming screwdrivers are pretty memorable. Maybe not emergency-room-as-a-five-year-old memorable, but memorable enough.

Perfect timing, my trusty ratchet of many years just broke! It didn't have flames on it, either, so... bonus.
