Wii Sports Boxing has probably saved more families than all other video games put together.  For thousands of years, brothers and sisters have been beating the snot out of one another at every opportunity, using traps, improvised weapons, and good old fashioned fists.  Some of the world’s greatest fighters learned to take a punch from their older brothers! 

With the advent of Wii Sports Boxing, though, siblings’ violent instincts could be worked out in the virtual realm at last.  Instead of bloodying each other on the living room rug, kids can now work over digital avatars of their brother or sister, working out the same frustrations without causing any expensive dental accidents.

Should parents encourage their kids to engage one another in this game?  Today’s Wii Boxing Gloves Set would certainly seem to aid children in improving their hand speed and punching power.  No parent wants to be responsible for one child hurting another.
Unless, of course, he’s taking bets.
