Other than because we offer daily deals at insanely low prices, you mean?  So glad you asked!  BuyersHQ.com is committed to offering one deal a day at a discounted, wholesale price.  That’s our first priority!  But we’ve also put a great deal of work into making BuyersHQ.com the most user-friendly, secure, and functional deal of the day site on the Web. 

So it’s safe to shop online with BuyersHQ.com?

That’s an understatement!  All of our relevant pages are protected by 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, verified by GoDaddy.com.  That’s pretty much the standard for e-commerce security, so if you’re comfortable with the purchases you’ve made online in the past, you have nothing to fear from shopping with us!  We’re also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.  Which is nice.

You may also be interested to know that BuyersHQ.com doesn’t store any credit card information—ever!  Frankly, some of our customers think it’s a pain that we don’t keep credit card numbers on file, but we think such a minor hassle is well worth the extra security enjoyed by our Buyers.  We’re one deal a day site that you don’t have to worry about selling your personal information to anyone. For our slightly more paranoid customers (you know who you are) who don’t like using credit cards online, we also accept payment via PayPal.  We’re working on fully integrating PayPal into our checkout page, but if you’d like to use PayPal today, you can send payment to our PayPal account utilizing the e-mail address: Sales@BuyersHQ.com.  Be sure to include the product name, quantity, $5 shipping charge, and 8.25% sales tax if you live in Texas. 

How do I know the stuff you guys are selling is any good?

You buy it and test it out, of course!  That’s the fun part of a daily deals site like BuyersHQ.com.  Whether you loved it or hated it, we want to hear about it!  We have an entire forum dedicated to reviews from our customers, and we don’t censor out the bad ones.  If the item you bought is a hunk of junk not fit to be burned, let us know.  If the product has instead changed the entire paradigm of your existence for the better, write about it!  The link to our forums can be found at the top of every page.

Our Reviews page has also collected a nice assortment of customer testimonials that we think prove we’re a halfway decent company to do business with.  We respond to as many customer e-mails as we possibly can, so if you’ve got a question, a problem, or a bit of praise, send it in!

Unlike most deal of the day sites, BuyersHQ.com believes that a little context goes a long way.  Reading another dry, boring product description every morning is lame, so we try to keep our creative juices flowing.  With a new and different product on sale every day, we want our Buyers coming back each morning to check out our latest deal.  A whimsical story and a couple grins are your reward!

And you give to charity?

Yep!  As if giving away free toys, electronics, tools, and other fun stuff through our contests was a mere lark, BuyersHQ.com also donates a portion of every dollar earned to charity.  Which charity?  Why, the one you choose, of course!  Anyone can vote for their favorite charity on our Charity page.  The charity organization with the most votes at the end of each month receives the lion’s share of our donations.  Name another daily deals Web site that gives back like BuyersHQ!  (You don’t really have to name one.  There are no others.)
